Clarity already includes the Send Report By Email function in the Help menu. it collects the diagnostic files opens an email addressed to our support center adds these files as attachment lets the user add comments or additional files and send the email. It does not zip the files to a single archive...

Windows 7 is supported since version 2.8.
Since you have the version 2.3 it is probably without Hardware key.
In such case, to upgrade Clarity to the latest version (3.0) you will have to obtain the Hardware key, which is available for a small manipulation fee.
Part number (p/n) is C600.

We have received the files, our programmers will inspect them and let you know as soon as possible.
I will also ask our admin to enable prm files in the forum, meanwhile it is possible to send any files packed as zip archive.

Open Office Calc can usually open the MS Excel format. I have experienced problems only with complicated excel files containing macros.
