Dear Stuart,
this can be accomplished in dialogue Properties... - Signals, item "Line Width". This dialogue is available in both Data Acquisition or Chromatogram windows, either in "Display" menu or upon right-click on the area of chromatogram chart.

Re: peak identifications
Hi, In Wax Sample Cal 1 peaks are integrated from Valley to Valley, in Was Sample Cal 2 from Base to Base. The later is a default method for integration in Clarity, for Valley to Valley integration you need to use function "Valley" (in menu Chromatogram - Baseline). In Clarity there is no special co...

Re: waiting for external start
Hi, to find out the reason we need to check the diagnostic files from your station, namely: c:\clarity\clarity.cfg c:\clarity\clarity.dsk c:\clarity\systeminfo.txt c:\clarity\log\ *.audit for the days the problem appeared please send them to support@dataapex.com. As a first guess I can recommend you...

Re: Question about Clarity 3.0(AO output)
DataApex is not manufacturing any hardware with such output (4-20 mA). However, it is probably possible to use some commercially available serial-to-analog converter ( e.g. http://www.laurels.com/transmitter-serial2analog.htm), which will use results exported from Clarity for sending into converter....

Re: Two internal standards?
Hello David,
Using of two ISTD is not implemented yet, however it is possible to create custom calculations using User Columns, which will calculate the required results. If you will send us the formulas used in your particular application, we can try to propose some suitable solution.
Best Regards

Re: CTC communication problem
This looks that some synchronization signals are not wired properly. You need to propagate the Ready and Start signal through both devices, please look into Clarity - Getting Started guide for some examples of wiring with autosamplers (Chapter 6, especially variants 6.1 or 6.5 according to type of c...

Re: GC connected via USB interface
Hello Abbid, It is possible that some system or Clarity files were damaged by this virus. In this case we can recommend you to: - At first make backup of all your chromatographic data, preferentially to a external disc - Try to clean up your computer by using some antivirus software (for example htt...

Re: PDA Isoplot to be available in Data Acquisition in Real Time
Generally it is possible to display received PDA spectra in realtime, although it imposes much greater requirements on fast data processing than displaying common detector signal. We will implement this feature in some future version, but the priority of this task is not high, as we don't consider i...
