New Berthold Control Module
Hi, our customers asked us whether it is in mind to include the Berthold detectors (e.g. FlowStar LB513) in the list of controlled systems. Are you in connection with the company? In the moment they use the RadioStar Software from Berthold. This is expensive and you have to deal with two different s...

Re: Exporting data in MS Excel format
Hello,
if you are planing to implement Excel-export what is about OpenOffice Calc export files? Is this the same format?
Thank you.

Re: Fraktion Collection and Rinsing
Dear Ivan, thank you for your answer. As we have the system delivered to our customer I do not have direct access to the system and the files anymore. We have 2.7.1 installed on this system in the moment. This has no problems with the communication I think we ware able to set up the method table tha...

Re: Fraktion Collection and Rinsing
Dear Ivan, as you know we use some valves in this system. After logout from the software the Valco valves are going back to the home position (e.g. multi position valves are going to position 1) and don't stay in the configured position. Because we are using valves for automated column selection it ...

Re: Fraktion Collection and Rinsing
Dear Ivan, thank you for the response. We tried the latest Beta Version from today and run in some troubles. Your description is correct and on the other side we could not start a run because the software did not accept the start command from the autosampler or manual input. The 2.6 and 2.7.1 versio...

Re: Fraktion Collection and Rinsing
Dear Ivan, we got a valve for this. Do you have a example how to set up the FC and event table and Virtual input/output loop (Manual for the 2.7.)? We are not able to configure Clarity (2.7.xxxx) in that specific case. When do you publish the 2.7.xx final version and the manual for it? We can't use ...

Re: Autosampler Control
The sampler manual is some kind of confusing. Chapter 4 refers to Chapter 9 and from 9 back to 6 with "brilliant" pictures in it. And so on. Your manual is quite clear and straight forward. But it doesn't help when "busy" ("bsy" on the sampler screen) means "Fatal Error". After reading all 122 pages...
